PRECENTERING STATION
The entrance station responsible for the automatic precentering
of the glass panels before they enter the print station.
The panels are placed onto the preregister station by hand,
the exit of another existing conveyor or by aid of a specialized feeder.

PRINTING STATION
- This station receives the presquared panels, nests them positively in the center
"sweet spot" of the print table automatically and readies the panel for printing.

SCREENFRAME RECEPTION SYSTEM
- Stable, closed master frame
- "Cassette style" insertion from the front
- Adjustable frame rails for different size frames
- Pneumatic screen and master frame clamping

PRINTING HEAD
- Parallel lift of print head, with mechanically controlled, vibration-free raising and lowering lifting
height max. 40 mm (1.5")
- Automatic shut off in cleaning position

THIEME SQUEEGEE UNIT
- Pneumatic inversion cylinders for squeegee and floodbar inversion
- Pneumatic squeegee pressure controls with automatic adjustment of pressure across the screen
- Infinitely adjustable squeegee and floodbar print angle

SQUEEGEE DRIVE
- Toothed belt drive via frequency controlled DC motor
- Squeegee and floodbar speeds infinitely programmable

SCREEN PEEL
- Peel off device infinitely adjustable, approx. 4mm on 200 mm squeegee travel
- Start point of peel infinitely adjustable
- 90 degree angle flood

CONTROL
- Electronically controlled, freely programmable
- Mobile control unit on tether for choice of operation side
- User-friendly keyboard with clear text
