VACUUM SYSTEM - Vacuum generated by way of a lateral channel condenser - Change-over vacuum to blow air solenoid valve - Automatic blow-back - Amount of vacuum- and blow air infinitely adjustable

SCREEN FRAME GUIDANCE SYSTEM (pat.) - The screen frame is inserted via screen support bars - The screen support bars are parallel adjusted by means of a synchronization unit - The clamping of the screen support bars is performed mechanically and released pneumatically - Precise fine tune adjustment performed via 3 mirco spindles within an adjusting range of +/- 10 mm (2/5“) - Screen insertion from the front - Pneumatic frame clamping, electrically supervised

PRINTING HEAD - For smooth action, the parallel lifting of the print head is electronically controlled - Lift height about 35 mm (1.1/2”)

THIEME SQUEEGEE UNIT (pat.) - Pneumatic changeover or inversion from squeegee to flood coater, and vice-versa for each stroke - Pneumatic squeegee pressure control, with automatic adjustment of parallelism to the plane of the   printing table - Angle of squeegee and flood coater infinitely adjustable, independent of the squeegee carriage   support beam - Squeegee diagonal positioning or obliqued squeegee angle is adjustable up to 15 degrees to the   squeegee travel direction - Quick-release squeegee and flood coater clamps for rapid insertion or removal - One maximum-length set squeegee and flood coater set according to the machine size

SQUEEGEE CONTROL - The squeegee carriage guidance with reciprocating linear ball bearings runs on hardened and   precision ground guiding shafts - Squeegee an flood-coater speeds as well as squeegee stroke length are programmable via   electronic control

OFF-CONTACT ADJUSTMENT (programmable) - The off-contact can be precisely adjusted from 4 to 35 mm (5/32“ to 1.2/5“) via   electronic control

PEEL-OFF SYSTEM - Lift height and release position are freely programmable - Horizontal screen position during flooding
