The digital production of screen print stencils (computer-to-screen) without film from digital data is done in DataScreen® by inkjet printing directly onto the pre-coated screen.
Line- and area structures as well as frequency-modulated or auto-typical halftones can be generated. A screen can be equipped with multiple images. Once, a job is defined and stored in the digital customer file, it is always accessible. In case of additional customer orders, it is instantly available.
Many important process parameters like printing speed, resolution, pixel shape and size, colour saturation, printing characteristics or picture size are individually adjustable through the included software package.
Mac as well as PC data can be imported from common layout software in PS, EPS, or TIFF format. The standard resolution is 360/720 dpi.

The THIEME DataScreenŽ can be used for a variety of applications. Different screen mash and emulsions can be imaged with DataScreenŽ. Machine features are based on the requirements of each individual customer and are governed by the type and composition of the screen mash and emulsions used. Please note that the use of screen mash and emulsions that differ from those defined at the time of purchase may influence the performance of the machine.
Please also note that options and special features of the machines may influence the performance and might change dimensions, cycle times and application possibilities compared to the standard version.
